Meet of the South & West Wilts Foxhounds,
Alfred's Tower, Stourhead

‘South & West Wilts Hunt Show. This took place in the Summer holidays in a Home Farm field and consisted of many entertaining sections such as, pony gymkhana, show jumping, gun dog competition, comic dog show, dog races, sheepdog trials, clay pigeon shooting, guess the weight of the Master's hunter, toss the sheaf etc. Many local dogss won prizes in the comic dog show and races and Mrs. Bullivant's "Flair" won the gun dog cup... ’ Elizabeth Bullivant, 1965 from "Sporting Life"
